What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or use-case form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email, phone number, the nature of your enquiry, and any use-case selections or message you include.
If you book a meeting, scheduling is handled through Microsoft Bookings, which collects the details you enter to confirm the appointment.
We plan to use basic website analytics to understand how the site is used. Where analytics involves cookies or similar technologies, we will seek consent as required and update this policy with specifics.
How we use your data
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to assess how we can help with your requirement.
With your consent, we may use your details to follow up with relevant information about our solutions.
Where relevant to your enquiry, and with appropriate consent, we may share your requirement with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or technology partner so they can support the right solution for your use case.
Legal basis and consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when you submit a form, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting pre-sales@hapl.co, after which we will stop the relevant processing.
Where your data is held
Enquiry submissions are delivered to and stored within our Microsoft 365 environment. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers apply their own security and data-protection measures. Form submissions are transmitted directly to our own systems and are not routed through third-party form services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the DPDPA you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to erase it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email pre-sales@hapl.co and we will respond within a reasonable period.
